Anna Snoekstra is an internationally best selling author and Arts writer.


She lives in Naarm/Melbourne, Australia, where she writes from an old football factory in the backstreets of Thornbury.

Her novels have been published in over twenty countries and sixteen languages. She has written for many literary magazines and newspapers including The Guardian, Kill Your Darlings, The Sydney Morning Herald, Crime Reads and The Griffith Review. She is also a profile writer for The Saturday Paper.

Her new novel The Ones We Love is in bookstores now with Dutton (Penguin Random House) in North America and the United Kingdom and Ultimo Press in Australia. Her Penguin Audio Exclusive The End of The Ski Season was one of Audible’s Top 10 Mystery and Thrillers of 2025.

She has worked on developing television series with Kindling Pictures, Lucky Chap Entertainment and Hoodlum.
